We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic implementation consultant to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you have a passion for digital tools and work organizing. But advising companies is so much more than that at Bluehive. This is evident in the responsibilities below. 

Work as an Asana Implementation Consultant

• • More clarity of Who is doing What by When.
  • Saving boatloads of time for the individuals in the client's teams.
  • Bringing peace back into their teams.

The variety of skills makes you an all-round consultant.

• Leading Asana implementations for complex projects involving multiple departments. 

• Design advanced workflows and creative solutions to meet specific organizational needs.

• Act as a trusted advisor for C-level executives and project sponsors. 

• Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure team adoption.

• Oversee reporting and data-driven insights to measure success.

• You will have conversations with customers (from SMB to Enterprise) and think through the implementation of Asana (and tools to be integrated) within their organization.
• You help companies become more productive, efficient and digital.
• You analyze and map customer business processes.
• You set up Asana, so clients can make more impact in less time.
• You train and coach customers on how to use various tools.
• You will devise, execute and evaluate experiments to improve purpose.
• You will share best practices developed by you with colleagues and customers.
• You will think and collaborate on improvement projects to grow Bluehive.

What we offer

• A gross salary ranging from €3250,- to €4500,- per month.

• You will work with several clients at any given time. Every client is different and requires a certain creativity to come to the right solution. It is not Bluehive's goal to overblow your agenda. Our goal is to service our clients as best as we possibly can (5-star service) and for you to develop your own skill set. When you become better at what you do, it is best for you, the client and for Bluehive. 

What we like to see in our new Implementation Consultant

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-complexity projects.

• You want to be a leader in the digital transformation.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly with executive stakeholders.

• Experience in team training and workshop facilitation.

• 3+ years of consultancy experience or equivalent.

• Familiarity with advanced reporting tools and methodologies.

• You have an HBO or WO (bachelor/master) degree in the direction of (technical) business administration, marketing, (business) communication, entrepreneurship or other education in a similar direction.
• You have demonstrable experience and/or affinity with helping companies.
• You have an eye for detail and are structured in the work you do.
• You are proactive, analytical, driven, have communication skills and a healthy dose of self-confidence.
• You get energy from terms like: digital tools, process optimization, automation, experimentation, data analysis, coaching.
• You speak Dutch & English on business level.
• You are available full-time.
• You preferably have 2-5 years of work experience.
• You have an affinity for digital tools and apps.
• You have the Growth mindset; personal and professional growth is one of your motivations.
• You can take responsibility for the outcome of your client.
