What are the criteria for purchasing licenses through Bluehive?

As a new Asana customer, you are required to purchase a minimum of five licenses and pay annually in advance to become a Bluehive partner.

I already have Asana licenses. Can I still become a Bluehive partner?

Yes. You can if you meet one of the following conditions:

  1. You upgrade to a more advanced license type (from Premium to Business or from Business to Enterprise)
  2. You order additional licenses
  3. You switch from monthly to annual payments and receive an 18.5% discount.

How much do Asana licenses cost through Bluehive?

Bluehive charges the same prices as Asana. Discounts are possible, for example, for volume purchases. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us for more information.

Which payment methods does Bluehive accept?

Our payment method is via invoice, with a standard payment term of 30 days.

How many licenses should I purchase through Bluehive?

Bluehive uses the same tier as Asana for licenses, namely: 5-10-15-20-25-30-40-50-60-70-80-90-100-125-150-175-200-225-250. Are you interested in more than 250 licenses? Please get in touch with us for the best-fit tier rate. Bluehive is unfortunately not permitted to offer less than five licenses per customer.

Can I purchase different types of Asana licenses through Bluehive

Yes, working with various Asana licenses within one organization is possible. This is what we refer to as the departmental subscription. For example, you can have Business licenses for one department and Premium licenses for another team.

What is the process when I purchase Asana licenses through Bluehive?

Bluehive prepares an invoice for the annual subscription. Once the invoice is paid, Bluehive requests the licenses from Asana. The licenses are activated within 48 hours. From then on, Bluehive will be your first point of contact for everything concerning Asana. If you are already an Asana customer, Asana will refund the remaining amount of your subscription, and your contract will be subject to a new renewal date.

Which questions about Asana can I address to Bluehive?

Through our ticketing form, you can ask anything about the basic functionalities of Asana. For instance: disabling notifications, creating a project, and adding a project to a portfolio. Do you have specific questions about how your team or organization utilizes Asana? In that case, we offer consultancy. You can request consultancy if you have questions about the following:

  • Increasing the use among employees
  • Involving management
  • Training or familiarizing employees

How do Bluehive's free private sessions work?

We tailor the sessions to your situation. Are you a new client? Then we offer free check-ins to see what opportunities you have to use Asana best. Are you already a customer? Then we do a free consultancy hour to review and analyze your data. Among other things, we check what your usage of Asana entailed last quarter, assess your ROI, and what areas for improvement can be identified.
